WWE: Monday Night RAW Preview - December 3rd, 2018

WWE Monday Night RAW hails from the Toyota Center in Houston, Texas tonight. Only five episodes of RAW remains in 2018 and two remain before the annual WWE TLC PPV takes place on Sunday, December 16th. Last week's episode of RAW ended with "General Manager-Elect" Baron Corbin continuing to show his stronghold over the RAW roster with alongside Drew McIntyre as the combo defeated Finn Balor.

Confirmed Matches and Promos

Tonight, Corbin is closing in on officially becoming the RAW General Manager and he will continue to remove those who get in his way alongside McIntyre and Bobby Lashley. Last week, the combination completely rolled through Elias and Finn Balor, who will be the next victims to feel the wrath of the powerful combination.

Corbin will also continue to poke a stick at Braun Strowman, the superstar he is supposed to face at the TLC PPV on December 16th. The only issue with that is after surgery on his arm, Strowman remains not medically cleared to compete but Corbin continues to stress that the match is still on. With that, Corbin is looking to win the match by forfeit and officially become the RAW General Manager.

Dean Ambrose vows and promises he will be at Monday Night RAW. Last week, the "Lunatic Fringe" received what he called protection from the "diseases" that the WWE Universe holds. Two weeks before Ambrose battles Seth Rollins for the WWE Intercontinental Championship, will the two go face-to-face before?

Could the WWE Universe be in for another Intercontinental Championship Open Challenge? Dolph Ziggler came up short last week but we aren't expecting another one this weekend but who knows what can come out of "Monday Night Rollins".

The RAW Women's division has a new leader after "General Manager-Elect" Baron Corbin appointed Alexa Bliss to lead the division. Sasha Banks and Bayley were involved in a Q&A session that ended with Alicia Fox, Dana Brooke, and Mickie James putting a beating on the two but Banks and Bayley came out on top of the attack.

What's does Bliss have in store for the two fan-favorites?

The only confirmed match for tonight's episode of RAW is RAW Women's Champion Ronda Rousey teaming with Natalya to face off against Nia Jax and Tamina. Rousey defends her Women's title in two weeks at the WWE TLC against Jax.

Promos and Matches from Last Week that Could Continue

The Lucha House Party has been using Lucha House Rules the last few weeks to win against The Revival. Two straight weeks the two teams have gone at it and if they battle on tonight's RAW it'll be interesting to see if The Revival can get things pointed back in the right direction.

RAW Tag Team Champions Authors of Pain defeated Bobby Roode and Chad Gable using the distraction from Drake Maverick relieving himself on Roode's expensive jacket in the Men's restroom in the back. Roode and Gable have continued to taunt Maverick for the incident that happened at Survivor Series, though it seemed Maverick got the last laugh last weekend, Roode is one person on the RAW roster that you just don't want to make mad.

Curt Hawkins continued his losing streak during last week Mixed Match Challenge. After becoming the replacement for an injured Braun Strowman, Hawkins was put in his place to team with Ember Moon. The combo was defeated by Jinder Mahal and Alicia Fox putting the two in the semi-finals against Finn Balor and Bayley next Tuesday on Facebook Watch. We're expecting Balor and Mahal to begin brewing up that feud tonight.

WWE Monday Night RAW goes live on the USA Network at 8 p.m. ET.

The Launch of The Walk-Off Sports Report

On January 12th, 2018, The Walk-Off Report was launched. The Walk-Off Report will be your new home for Minor/Major League Baseball, College Football, and other sports as the year continues. Currently, we will cover certain teams in the above-listed sports that are listed below. Professional Baseball  One of the main reasons we began this website is to supply reports and results from Baseball in four levels of the farm system. It all begins with the Rookie Class up in Elizabethton Tennessee and builds up to the Majors in both Georgia with the Atlanta Braves and in Minnesota with Minnesota Twins. As seen below we'll cover two levels of the Minnesota Twins farm system, both in the state of Tennessee. Teams will be added to this list over time but these teams are our main focus in the beginning.  Southern League Baseball College Football The Walk-Off Sports Report all began as an idea we had while working the College Football Playoff last weekend in Atlanta. Supercross: Chad Reed Tallies First Podium Finish Since 2017

It wasn't a victory for Chad Reed in Detroit but it was a podium finish for the driver from Kurri Kurri, Australia. His first podium since Glendale in 2017 and the 132nd career podium finish. The finish is just another page in the story for Reed and 2019 has been one hell of a story so far. Reed has already earned more top 10 finishes this season then he did last season. The first top-five finish Reed earned this year already was more than he netted in 2018. Before San Diego, Reed had not finished inside the top five since Toronto in 2017. Will Christien denoted to Reed during the post-race interview that he had not been a fan of the new "Triple Crown" format but will take a third place finish. "Honestly just starts and finally riding to your ability," Reed told NBCSN. "It's been a long time. For the guy who has stood up here more than anyone in the sport, you know I take it on personally as just feeling less about myself for not getting up here and

MiLB: Mobile BayBears Look for Walk-Off in Final Season in Mobile

On Thursday (April 4th), the Mobile BayBears kick off their final season in Mobile, Alabama. The team will relocate to Madison, Alabama after this season and the BayBears are looking to finish in walk-off style. The BayBears have an opportunity in 2019 to tie the Montgomery Biscuits with four Southern League titles. The organization is currently fourth on the all-time SLCS victories. One last season at Hank Aaron Stadium, is this the year they walk-off with their fifth Southern League championship? In 2018, the Mobile BayBears were hiding in the bushes during the 2018 Walk-Off Sports Report Southern League Playoff Watch but the organization was eliminated from playoff contention rather early in the campaign. The organization finished 66-70, fourth in the South Division. The BayBears were second in runs scored per game and runs batted in during the 2018 season but the rest of the batting statistics were pretty low. Things just didn't add up for the organization and in 2019 they
