The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga announced their football schedule for the 2018 season on Tuesday. The UTC Mocs have five home games slated for the schedule and a trip to face SEC's South Carolina Gamecocks in November. The season will kick off with a game against regional and inner-state rival Tennessee Tech on Thursday, August 30th.

"Spring practice is just around the corner and August 30th will be here before we know it. We are all excited about the future of Chattanooga football, and we hope to see everyone at Finley Stadium in the fall."

After the season-opening event against Tennessee Tech, UTC hits the road to place The Citadel on September 8th and UT-Martin on September 15th. The team returns home to face Samford on September 22nd.

The Mocs end the month of September on the road against ETSU and begin the month of October against the defending Southern Conference Champion Wofford on October 6th. Before the open week on October 20th, UTC makes a trip to Western Carolina on October 13th.
